The Business Continuity Plan should be reviewed at least once a year, or in case of specific triggers such as:
-
Changes in client’s continuity requirements
-
Changes in scope and/or nature of services delivered by Capgemini to the Client
-
Changes in Delivery model (choice of delivery locations, third part providers etc.)
-
Changes in key people identified in the business impact analysis for continuity of services
-
Audit or compliance evaluation findings
-
Management reviews
As many service engagements operate out of more than one geography, Engagement Manager must review these scenarios on a
periodic basis, and make appropriate changes to the Business Continuity Plan if necessary.
The Business Continuity Plan must also be reviewed and updated post major incidents / crisis / change management and
after business continuity tests.
The Business Continuity profile should be updated in the Group Tool to reflect the changes and business continuity
assessment should be revised.
